Abuse and DMCA policy
How to report abuse from our servers, and how we handle copyright notices.
Last updated 24 October 2026
Report abuse
To report spam, attacks, malware, phishing or other abuse from an IP address on our network, email admin@rdpbuy.com. Include the IP address, the date and time with time zone, and the logs or headers that show the problem. We acknowledge reports and act on valid ones, usually within one business day.
What we do
We contact the customer, ask for the problem to stop, and suspend or terminate the service if it does not or if the harm is serious. We cannot share a customer's identity without a legal request.
Copyright notices (DMCA)
If you believe content on a server of ours infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated contact at admin@rdpbuy.com that includes: your name and contact details; a description of the work; the exact location of the material; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice with your contact details, the location of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts for your address. We may restore the material after the legal waiting period unless the complainant starts legal action.
Repeat infringers
We terminate the services of customers who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
