Before you order
Do I get full administrator access?
Yes. Windows servers come with the Administrator account and Linux servers with root, so you can install any software you are licensed to run.
Which payment methods can I use?
The methods available are shown at checkout and can vary by country. See the payment policy for how billing, taxes and renewals work.
Am I billed by the hour?
No. Every plan has one fixed monthly price. A server that runs all month costs the same as the price you saw when you ordered.
Can I change the operating system later?
Yes. Reinstall from the client area and choose any listed system. Back up your data first, because a reinstall wipes the disk.
What is the refund policy?
It is set out on the refund policy page: the money-back period, how to ask, what is not refundable and how refunds are paid.
What happens when an invoice is overdue?
We email reminders before and after the due date. A service is suspended and later terminated if an invoice stays unpaid. The periods are in the terms of service and the payment policy.
