Fair usage policy
What you may and may not do with your server.
Last updated 23 October 2026
Our approach
Servers are for lawful work. We want you to use the resources you pay for, and we must protect other customers and our network.
Not allowed
- Sending spam or bulk unsolicited messages.
- Attacks on others: denial of service, port scanning for attack, brute force, attempts to break into systems.
- Hosting or sharing illegal content, malware, phishing pages or command-and-control servers.
- Credential stuffing, account takeover and carding.
- Creating artificial views, likes, watch time or reviews, or running bot networks that break another service's terms.
- Cryptocurrency mining that uses shared CPU beyond fair use, unless your plan is a dedicated or bare metal plan.
- Open proxies, public VPN exit nodes or relays that hide abuse, without our written approval.
- Anything that breaks the law where you or the server are.
Resource use
Do not run workloads that harm the host or network beyond what your plan allows. On shared plans we may ask you to reduce usage, upgrade, or move to a dedicated plan.
Reporting abuse
Report abuse from our servers on our abuse and DMCA page. We investigate every report.
Enforcement
We may warn, limit, suspend or terminate a service that breaks this policy, and we are not required to refund it. In serious cases we will cooperate with law enforcement.
