Delivery policy

Digital delivery only

Servers are virtual or remote physical machines. There is nothing to ship and no delivery fee. Access details are delivered electronically.

When your server is ready

Virtual servers (Windows RDP and Linux VPS) are normally deployed within minutes after payment is confirmed. Dedicated CPU and bare metal servers may take longer, and we tell you the expected time at checkout. Some payments, such as cryptocurrency or bank transfer, are only confirmed after network or bank confirmation, and delivery starts then.

What you receive

An email and a client area entry with the server IP address, the username and the first password, plus a link to connect to your server. You can reinstall the operating system and open the console from the client area.

If delivery is late or fails

If your server is not ready within the time we showed at checkout, open a ticket. If we cannot deliver the service you ordered, we refund the payment in full.

Orders held for review

We may hold an order for identity or fraud checks. If an order fails review we cancel it and refund the payment.
