Refund policy
When and how you can get your money back.
Last updated 23 October 2026
Money-back period
New customers can ask for a refund of their first payment within 7 days of the order, if the service has not broken our fair usage policy. This covers Windows RDP and Linux VPS plans.
How to ask
Open a ticket from your client area within the refund period and give your invoice number. We review requests and reply within the support hours shown on the contact page.
What is not refundable
Renewal payments after the money-back period, add-ons you have already used, domain or licence fees paid to third parties, dedicated and bare metal servers that were custom-built for you, and any service terminated for breaking the fair usage policy or for fraud or chargebacks.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Where you paid in cryptocurrency we refund in the same currency at the value paid in US dollars on the day of the refund. We cannot refund to a different method than you paid with.
Renewals
Services renew automatically. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date from your client area. We email a reminder before renewal.
Service problems
If a service is unavailable because of a fault on our side, tell us through a ticket. Our uptime commitment is in the service level agreement.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before you open a dispute with your bank so we can fix the problem. A chargeback on a valid charge can lead to suspension of your account.
